At Hayloft Western Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots don't fit or your gear isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and boot boxes are protected inside a separate shipping carton.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
